With a 26.5-foot deep by 40-foot wide stage that can be reconfigured to accommodate a regulation ring, multiple camera positions for filming and livestreaming, and a 4K main LED screen for replays and graphics, AVALON is purpose-built to host professional and amateur boxing events alike. Tiered VIP seating on the balcony delivers ringside-level sightlines, while expansive bar and lounge spaces support the social, ticketed energy of a fight night. Hardline internet keeps broadcasters connected, and our in-house production team has the experience to coordinate everything from weigh-ins to walkouts, undercards to main events.

The venue supports keynotes, panels, fireside chats, product launches, brand activations, and end-of-year celebrations with equal ease, thanks to flexible layouts, customizable lighting, and a 4K main LED screen ideal for presentations. BARDOT's three-room layout — including an open-air mezzanine with a retractable roof — offers a built-in alternative for breakouts, networking lounges, or VIP receptions. With expert planners and an experienced AV team in-house, every program is executed with the precision corporate audiences expect. AVALON Main Room

The heart of the venue, AVALON's Main Room is where Hollywood's most publicized events come to life. The space anchors a 26.5-foot deep by 40-foot wide stage — fully removable, with in-house steel deck for custom builds of any size — and a roughly 40-by-40-foot dance floor surrounded by built-in banquette VIP seating for 85 guests. Two large bars with three wells each handle high-volume service without slowing the room down.

Production capability is where the room truly distinguishes itself: 13 LED screens including a 4K, 1.8mm main screen; motorized rigging pipes above the stage for fast load-in; multiple camera positions for filming and broadcast; hardline internet for livestreaming; and built-in buffet lighting for seated dining programs. Whether the format calls for a live concert, awards show, fashion runway, or seated gala dinner for 400, the room flexes to match the vision.

AVALON Balcony

Positioned above the Main Room, the Balcony offers an elevated vantage point and one of AVALON's most photographed views — including the venue's original architectural medallion, accented with LED lighting. Eight built-in banquettes provide tiered VIP seating for 45–50 guests, complemented by leather-upholstered upper bench seating that creates additional capacity without sacrificing sightlines.

Two portable bars with one well each support service flow for VIP programming, while the Balcony also serves as the natural location for the front-of-house audio and lighting consoles. Ideal for VIP sections, sponsor lounges, press areas, or secondary activations that complement the main floor experience.

BARDOT (Three Spaces)

BARDOT is a separate venue located on the second level of AVALON, with its own private entrance, private exit, and dedicated infrastructure. The space is built around three connected environments: an open-air mezzanine courtyard with a retractable roof and a beautiful view of the Capitol Records building, a tented mezzanine bar, and the interior Proper room. Together they offer a stylistically distinct alternative to the high-energy scale of AVALON's Main Room.

Lounge seating throughout, two full bars with two wells each, a built-in DJ booth, and a removable 16-by-8-foot stage allow BARDOT to operate as a standalone venue or as a complement to a full AVALON buyout. With wifi, dedicated power, and air conditioning across all three spaces, BARDOT is uniquely suited for after-parties, intimate concerts, mixers, brand activations, and screenings — anywhere a more immersive, lounge-driven environment serves the program better than a large-format room.

Backstage VIP & Production Spaces

Beyond the public-facing rooms, AVALON includes a full suite of operational and VIP spaces designed to support productions of any scale. Upper and Lower JL — the venue's private VIP rooms located backstage — both connect directly to the main stage and feature original 1925 architectural details, including Jerry Lewis's lit vanity and historic staircase. The lower level offers a private bar, lounge seating, and a staircase up to the upper space, while the upper room adds a private restroom and an intimate, open view of the stage. Both levels are wifi-equipped, climate controlled, and ideal for talent green rooms, private receptions, or VIP-only programming.

For talent and crew, two private dressing rooms — the Red Room and Zebra Room — accommodate 20–25 guests each, complete with mirrored lit vanities, refrigeration, couch seating, and a private restroom. Production support extends to AVALON's on-site kitchen, sized to plate seated meals for up to 400 guests with full refrigeration, a full and half-size oven, char grill, two deep fryers, prep counters, a hot line with heat lamps, and a tented prep area immediately outside the kitchen.
